“Every one of us is losing something precious to us. Lost opportunities, lost possibilities, feelings we can never get back again. That’s part of what it means to be alive.”
― Haruki Murakami, Kafka on the Shore
About me and my therapy practice
I'm an integrative psychotherapist based in London. This means I follow a few different schools of training and adapt to my client's needs. Relational psychotherapy is key , then there's some existential philosophy, a bit of neuroscience, a strong belief in the connection of body and mind and a lot of curiosity in my practice.
I work with adults (over 18) in dealing with the the various challenges that come their way. A lot of my experience to date has been with loss, specifically through bereavement and fertility issues
